Now that Russia is rid of the U.S.S.R., the first secretary of the Krasnoiarsk-26 Party (Eastern Siberia) speaks out after years of hesitation. She wishes to pay tribute to some of the women who were under her orders, who died forgotten, and who are roaming her imaginary taiga.
